Controlling email and in-app notification preferences
Email Notifications
A master toggle controls all optional email notifications. You can also fine-tune by category:
- Sharing & collaboration — When someone shares content with you or interacts with your shared content
- Invoicing — Invoice-related updates
- Split sheets — When split sheets are completed, voided, or need your signature
Some notifications are mandatory and cannot be disabled — these include security-related emails and split sheet signing requests.
In-App Notifications
Toggle the notification bell icon in the header on or off. When enabled, you'll see a notification center with recent activity.
