Project Sharing
Share project files with clients and collaborators
The Sharing tab lets you create share links for your project with granular control over what recipients can access. Each share generates an automated playlist and optional file access.
Folder Structure
Project shares are organized by folder. You control access at the folder level, choosing which folders each recipient can see and whether they can download from each folder.
Latest File Only
For folders like Mixes and Masters, you can enable "latest file only." Recipients only see the most recent version in each folder — upload a new mix and they'll hear it next time they listen. No new links to send, no explaining which version is current.
This is especially useful for clients and collaborators who just need to hear the current state of the project. They stay informed without being overwhelmed by every version and work-in-progress file.
Full File Access
If you share all files in a folder instead of latest only, recipients still get the automated playlist but can also browse the Files section to see every version. Use this when you want to give access to stems, alternates, or the full version history.
Automated Playlists
Every share includes an automated playlist built from the files you've shared. The playlist filters out instrumentals and alternative versions, showing only the latest full mix or master for each song. Recipients get a clean listening experience focused on the main deliverables.
