Storage Usage and Add-Ons
Monitor Songkeeper storage usage, understand what counts toward quota, and manage storage add-ons.
Storage settings show how much account storage is in use, how much capacity comes from your plan, and how much capacity comes from storage add-ons.
What Counts Toward Storage
| Storage source | Examples |
|---|---|
| Recording files | Mixes, masters, stems, session files, and other files attached to recording versions. |
| Asset files | Uploaded asset records stored in Songkeeper's file system. |
| Contract files | Primary and supporting files stored in Contract Vault. |
Storage Breakdown
The page shows used storage, available storage, plan storage, add-on storage, and total quota. The progress indicator changes color as usage gets closer to the available limit.
Adding Storage Add-Ons
If your subscription status and billing setup support storage add-ons, the page lets you add fixed-size storage blocks. The dialog shows the capacity change and the app-provided billing information before you confirm.
Removing Storage Add-Ons
You can remove add-on storage when your current usage still fits inside the smaller quota. Songkeeper checks that before applying the change.
