Received Split Sheets
Managing split sheets sent to you by other writers
The Received tab shows all split sheets that have been sent to your email address by other Songkeeper users. From here you can review, sign, and organize incoming agreements.
What You Can Do
- Sign or decline — Review the terms and either sign the agreement or decline it
- Link to a song — Connect a received split sheet to an existing song in your account for reference
- Create a song — Automatically create a new song from the split sheet data (title, writers, and shares are pre-filled)
- Download the PDF — After all parties have signed, download the executed agreement
Signature Status
Each received split sheet shows your current signature status:
- Pending My Signature — You haven't signed yet. The signing link from the email is still active.
- Signed by Me — You've signed, but the agreement may still be waiting on other writers.
- Executed — All writers have signed. The agreement is complete and the signed PDF is available.
- Voided — The creator cancelled the agreement or another writer declined.
